Rebate Information

Energy Star Appliance Rebates 
  Refrigerators                                                                                         
  Dishwashers
  Clothes Washers
  Room Air conditioners
  Note: Customer must have electric water heater to qualify for dishwasher and clothes washer rebates. 

Residential Window Rebate
Replacement Windows must be Energy Star Rated with: U-factor <= 0.35 & SHGC <= 0.30.
Note: Single-family and multi-family residences must have a permanently installed central air conditioner or
electric heat system capable of heating the entire dwelling. 

Residential Heat Pump and Energy Efficient Air Conditioning Rebates
Energy efficient heat pumps and central air conditioners reduce energy use and improve the comfort of your home. 

Residential Weatherization
Adding insulation and window treatments to your home will save energy and make your home more quiet and comfortable. (Home must have electric heat or central air conditioning to qualify)

Residential & Commercial Lighting
Compact Fluorescent Light bulbs (CFL’s) use 75% less energy than a standard light bulb, and last up to 10 times longer.  CFL Fact Sheet.   Our commercial rebates can help commercial customers to install new efficient lighting equipment to save energy and improve the overall quality of the lighting in their facilities. 

Commercial Refrigeration Program (for a limited time)
We are offering a free, no obligation check of your cooler/s and refrigerator/s.  Bay Area Gasket Guy (BAGG) will look at the condition of your door gaskets, strip curtains and door closers.  If BAGG finds that your current door gaskets are in need of replacement, new gaskets will be manufactured and installed for each cooler/freezer with air leaks at no charge to you.  This offer is supported and being paid for by the City of Healdsburg Electric Utility Energy Efficiency Program.

Sonoma County Energy Independence Program (SCEIP) SCEIP is a new opportunity for property owners to finance energy efficiency, water efficiency and renewable energy improvements through a voluntary assessment. These assessments will be attached to the property, not the owner and will be paid back through the property tax system over time, making the program not only energy efficient but also affordable.
