Per CA SB-1, Healdsburg residents may be eligible to offset part or all of their electric usage with a PV system.  Tax credits may also be available to help with the installation of a PV system. 

Customers interested in receiving a rebate must apply for and receive a rebate reservation prior to permitting and construction. The following documents explain the solar program and rebate process.
