This division of the Finance Department handles all centralized purchasing and related bids for the City of Healdsburg with the exception of Public Works construction contracts, which exceed $5,000. The City purchasing requirements and regulations are defined by City Ordinance and a written formalized set of administrative purchasing policy guidelines. The City Finance Director is the Purchasing Agent for the City.
