This division of the Finance Department is responsible for utility billing for electric, water and wastewater, and the management of 6,100 resident and business utility customer accounts. The department bills all customers monthly and maintains a payment service counter, a drive-up drop-box in the north end parking lot and an additional drop-box on the north end of the building, as well as online payment via eCARe. The department staff has been exploring methods of improving service delivery and is currently utilizing a lockbox service to process mail payments.
