This division is responsible for utility billing for electric, water and waste water, and the management of 6,100 resident and business utility customer accounts. The department bills all customers monthly and maintains a payment service counter, a drive-up drop-box in the north end parking lot, as well as online payment.

Utility Billing Policy

On January 21, 2020 City Council adopted a Resolution rescinding Resolution No. 43-99 and approving policies relative to utility billing including delinquent billing, disconnection of services, late charges, credit adjustments for leaks and related policies that follow the Water Shutoff Protection Act.  Copies of the policy are available in the following languages: English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese and Tagalog.
