Shelter-in-Place Order Extended
The County's Shelter-in-Place Order has been extended with no end date but re-opens some businesses and allows more activities, such as golf courses.

Update: The County of Sonoma Public Health Officer has amended the Parks Closure Order to allow limited public access to parks and opens spaces throughout Sonoma County – including Healdsburg – starting Thursday, April 29, 2020.

The intent of the Shelter-in-Place Order is to ensure that people remain in their homes and minimize social interactions outside of their immediate family. In addition, Sonoma County issued a Health Order, effective 12 AM on Friday, April 17, that requires everyone to wear face masks outside the home to further slow the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19).
