This is a reminder that the Retail Cannabis Business application period will close on Sunday, July 30, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. Applications will only be accepted online through the secure portal here.
In order for your application to be considered complete, you must submit the following prior to the July 30 deadline:
- Cannabis Business Permit Application
- Financial Responsibility, Indemnity, and Consent to Inspection Terms Agreement
- Property Owner Consent
- Criminal Background Check
- Zoning Clearance Letter
- Fees

Questions about the application process should be directed to cannabis@healdsburg.gov. The final day to submit questions is this Thursday, July 20. Submitted questions will be included in the regularly updated Frequently Asked Questions document here.
