The City of Healdsburg recently received a $7.1 million dollar grant from the State of California to construct the Municipal Recycled Water Pipeline Project. This project will offset use of potable water and allow more water to remain in the stream and in the storage reservoirs and help reduce the impacts of droughts,
Construction on this project is about to begin. Construction will be moving through different parts of the City over the course of the next few months and may impact vehicle paths of travel. The project schedule can be found at www.healdsburg.gov/recycledwaterpipeline.
When this project is complete, the pipeline will provide recycled water to City parks, the golf course, cemetery and some public schools facilities.
