Taxi Operator & Driver Permits

Overview


All persons who wish to operate a taxicab company or who wish to drive for a licensed taxicab company must be permitted by the City of Healdsburg pursuant to Healdsburg Municipal Code (HCO) 5.16. To apply for a operator or driver permit, you must submit the appropriate application packet to the Police Department.
